Coaching & Modeling Deb works in classrooms in a variety of different ways. Some teachers benefit from seeing Four Blocks in action with their own students. Districts may want to hire subs to cover all but one classroom at a grade level. Deb teaches Four Blocks in the one classroom while the other teachers watch what Four Blocks looks like with students. Sometimes districts prefer having Deb teach a 45 minute lesson in each classroom while just the classroom teacher observes. There are many options for districts and teachers. Coaching is also available. Some teachers appreciate receiving feedback on specific lessons that Deb watches them teach.
